Unique uniform keepsake bears
We have been working hard over the Easter period to finish some gorgeous and unique keepsake bears. We have lots of wonderful group orders to be completed in May so we have been getting all this months orders off to their new homes.
We were sent some wonderful uniform from a school in Westminster, London called Falkner House School. It was founded in 1954 for girls aged from 4 – 11 years old.

New for 2015 – we now offer a fabric sourcing service
We were really excited a few weeks ago to visit wonderful British weavers in Otley Leeds, which is in the heart of Yorkshire. The reason for our trip is to discuss the possibility of sourcing uniform, kilt and other fabric directly for our keepsake bears.
Many people like to use their very own clothing for the Blazer Bear. However we have often been asked if we are able to supple the material. This may be because they are making a bear before their children have left school to add the badges and colours to or simply due to needing the clothing for younger siblings. Leaving school can be exciting and yet at the same time an anxious time for pupils and parents! Whether moving to a secondary school, leaving at 18 or changing school due to a move, it is a huge step. Some know they will miss school; some will miss it when they leave but the memories and friends for many will be precious. That is why the Blazer Bear leavers keepsake bears are treasured by so many.

We absolutely love hearing how much people love their Blazer Bears. Whether we receive cards by post, Facebook messages, tweets or e mails we keep them all in our special customer satisfaction book which we are pleased to say is almost full. Volume 2 to start soon. We work really hard to ensure we offer great customer service and we are developing new ideas for the future. We share them all with our wonderful Blazer Bear Team who are key to the whole process. Friends since their first children were born, Pru and Kathy are two mums whose children are now at secondary school.
